
Con Dao is an archipelago of 14 islands situated 180km off the southeast coast of Vietnam. The journey from Babe Lake to CaoBang is quite hard, especially in the wet season. But it is a great chance to explore the remote area and many colorful markets. A combination of some visits to a wide variety of ethnic minority groups generally retaining their lifestyle, traditional costume with high mountains, deep ravines and terraced fields of Vietnam will excite your spirit of adventure. As the northern mountain roads are very rough especially in the wet season however travelling on 4 WD car is the best way allowing visitors to explore in depth.

Sapa District is located in Lao Cai Province, north-west Vietnam, and 350km's north-west of Hanoi, close to the border with China. The Hoang Lien Son range of mountains dominates the district, which is at the eastern extremity of the Himalayas. This range includes Vietnams' highest mountain, Fan si pan, at a height of 3142m above sea level. The town of Sapa lies at about 1600 meters of altitude. The climate is moderate and rainy in summer (May-August), and foggy and cold with occasional snowfalls in winter.

The road from Thai Nguyen to Bac Kan is in pretty good condition and meanders through some very scenic areas, especially the bowl-shaped tea hills. Amongst all of the regions where you can find green tea plants for domestic use and export in Vietnam, Thai Nguyen is the best. The tea from that region is called "Thai tea" and sometimes visitors to Vietnam think that the people of Vietnam prefer foreign tea as they keep talking about the excellent "Thai tea".
Dalat has many natural and artificial lakes such as Ho Xuan Huong, Than Tho, Da Thien, and Tuyen Lam bordered by lines of pine trees, which are a well-known feature of Dalat. A trip to Dalat is not complete until one goes to the Dalat Flower Gardens. The temperate climate of Dalat is suitable for flowers such as orchids, roses, lilies, and camellias.
